Model code: CP1167
Beginning as a quest for a lever handle that can be comfortably approached from the end (consider when you're approaching a door from the side rather than front on), a visit to the Victoria & Albert Museum in Kensington found Joseph Giles drawn to the ancient pestle and mortar - ergonomic in its very purpose - forming a shorter lever with a comfortably bulbous end. In use for over thousands of years, first by the Kebaran culture in the Levant, the minimal change to the form of a pestle and mortar over time is a testament to its truly functional design. These features have been translated into the comfortable, ergonomic form of this cabinet pull, mirroring the design of the Levant lever handle and creating a co-ordinated collection for doors and cabinets. They are available in a range of sizes and finishes. Supplied as single items with solid brass and finished M4 fixing bolts.
