I don’t normally write reviews for businesses as it is not in my nature, but I am extremely impressed with the English Tapware Co in Armadale, Vic. I have renovated/built many homes to live in and my last build in Mansfield Vic I contacted The English Tapware Co to supply all my tapware and accessories for my kitchen, laundry and both bathrooms. The experience, professionalism, customer service, quality and design of the products are far more superior than anything on the market I have seen or used. And I have used many of their competitors!!! The showroom is absolutely beautiful and the staff extremely helpful and polite and will endeavour to fulfil your dreams for your home.
I love the products in my home and I did think it was going to be far harder to have the products delivered here to Mansfield (as it is a small country town) but the staff at the English Tapware Co took it in their stride and kept me up -to- date right through the whole process.
If nothing else take a trip in to see the showroom and have a chat to the staff to see what’s on offer.

When I purchased the products I had high expectations of the quality and beauty of the products but I don't think I understood just how seriously you took the warranties that come with these products. In my view, this has only further cemented my belief that quality is worth paying for - especially when the after care service is so wonderful - and comes with such friendly, genuine service. You just don't see enough of it these days. For someone to trek out to my home, out of hours and put in hours of time and effort, all the while smiling and joking- that is a rare thing- so please treasure him as I hope that if I have any issues in the future, he is still around!!
