The highly skilled Armac Martin finishers in the UK take the raw brass component and hand sateen the product to give a brushed finish. A dull nickel plate is then applied. Nickel finishes are less durable than chrome and as a result Nickel is classed as a living finish which will oxidise over time.
CARE & MAINTENANCE: To help maintain and preserve the finish it is recommended that the finish is occasionally cleaned using a quality non-abrasive metal polish such as Autosol Metal Polish Liquid.
