Preserving Heritage Homes

Explore two recently restored Victorian Era buildings

This lovingly restored heritage homestead 'The Lawns' in Kyneton, Victoria has been gifted a new lease on life by fifth generation locals. Respecting the quality of the craftsmanship, Perrin & Rowe tapware and The Water Monopoly Rockwell basin on stand and Rockwell bath with ball feet from The English Tapware Company were chosen in traditional white and Nickel colour palette, with beautiful Round tilting mirror from Hawthorn Hill above.

Perrin & Rowe tapware and The Water Monopoly Lonsdale basin on stand with beautiful Oval tilting mirror from Hawthorn Hill above, all in a traditional white and Nickel colour palette.

The Kyneton Old Rectory, built in 1850, has undergone extensive renovations and now offers luxurious accommodation including Perrin & Rowe tapware in the bathrooms.

Built of local stone with a mix of late Georgian and Victorian colonial architectural features, the Kyneton Old Rectory is listed by the National Trust of Victoria.
