In this villa restoration, a stunning bathroom has been created which has all the convenience of modern living while honouring the heritage of the home. Black componentry on the fittings offers an element of strength and masculinity.

Relaxation comes to mind in this beautiful villa bathroom. Nickel finish was chosen for the fittings to complement the warmth of the timber floor and soft greens of the walls and tiles.

An ensuite renovation fit for a 1930’s Hawkes Bay home. The Art Deco bathroomware celebrates the era while its clean lines keep it modern. The chrome tapware is true to the period.

The Hobson Bay House explores the blurring of indoor and outdoor living. Modernist architecture in concrete by Julian Guthrie gives a monastic simplicity. Natural stone, raw brass, timber and steel provide material balance.

Hawkes Bay - Main Bathroom
Creating a space in harmony with this 1920s bungalow, the owner chose Perrin & Rowe classical fittings in bare brass which act as a wonderful foil to the stark black and white colour scheme.

Westend Rd - Bathroom
In this Mt Eden villa renovation, Templer Interiors has paired sublime custom cabinetry with classical Perrin & Rowe to create rooms which reflect a unique style and are both elegant and inviting.

A tiny kitchen calls for the most clever design. Stevens Lawson Architects have made this a room to work in and dream in; the wall mounted Ionian tap is an inspired choice, freeing up bench space and creating a statement piece. Walls awash in Karen Walker Resene Periglacial blue.

This lovely bathroom belies the challenges to retro-fit where existing plumbing is idiosyncratic. Stevens Lawson converted the rundown space with quality Perrin & Rowe taps and shower fittings to create a classical bathroom with modern amenities.

Portland Road Villa - Bathroom
Ingrid Geldof Design opened up this small kitchen to let in the light, permitting the use of divine matte black oak joinery and a brushed black granite top. The Perrin & Rowe Ionian tap in English bronze and black completes the industrial look.

A Hawthorn Hill basin stand offers a sense of space and light in a small ensuite. The Nero Marquina marble top and black floor tiles are complemented by black handles on the Perrin & Rowe taps and shower fittings.

Rozzi’s Italian Canteen perfectly captures the heart and soul of Italian cuisine amidst a welcoming, home-style interior. The team at Mim Design created a clean, contemporary kitchen encouraging customers to feel instantly at home whilst enjoying a menu focused on modern authentic produce. The bar sits central to the design and clad in Atlantic blue granite contrasts beautifully against the surrounding white glaze bricks and dark joinery. A polished brass Perrin & Rowe Picardie tap commands attention at a central water station, the final touch of tradition within the space.

ROZZI’S ITALIAN CANTEEN
Mills Gorman Architects have chosen Perrin and Rowe for the refurbishment of the iconic Wynn Room at Grossi Florentino. A creative application of the Aquitaine Tap with bespoke alterations has been used in their Bijoux bathrooms. We’re proud to have had a small role to play in one of Melbourne’s longest running and endeared institutions.
