MERIVALE HOUSE - KITCHEN
This bathroom shows how well-considered design can dramatically transform a tired space. Built in 1880, the home was updated into a ‘Hamptons’ feel interior whilst referencing the classic Edwardian era. Floor-to-ceiling Carrara marble tiling gives the bathroom an opulent feel, with polished nickel Perrin & Rowe tapware, Hawthorn Hill towel warmer and cabinetry hardware providing a touch of warmth against the cooler hues.

MIDDLE PARK RESIDENCE - ENSUITE
This captivating design by homeowners in collaboration with architect Peita De Trizio, achieves a sense of grandeur whilst remaining a serene and inviting setting for family and friends. The palette of blue, grey and white keeps the space fresh, whilst acting as a backdrop for bold pops of pink and polished nickel Perrin & Rowe tapware and Armac Martin hardware.

ALBERT PARK HOTEL
An old-school barber shop with an opulent twist! This space is packed with Whisky Bar, Washroom, Barber Stations and Waiting Area. Colour and materiality was integral to the design and includes Oxford Grilles hand assembled grilles, Joseph Giles Montgomery Knurled Handles, Frank Allart Cremone Bolts, The Water Monopoly Lonsdale basins and washroom accessories from both Perrin & Rowe and Aquadomo.

BARBER SHOP - SYDNEY
Centring the colour palette on the soft natural tones found in Hamptons style homes, this kitchen by Rochelle Riley of LaBella Kitchens Ltd has been designed with charming functionality. The open plan space was created with entertaining in mind and features timeless fittings including the Phoenician tap by Perrin & Rowe.

ORAKEI II HOME - KITCHEN
Originally a small, dark space separated from the living area, this kitchen was expanded whilst staying in style with the rest of the beautiful historic home. Featuring a nickel Perrin & Rowe tap with porcelain lever and spray rinse, the result is a contemporary take on a traditional style with the convenience of modern living.

BLUFF HILL - KITCHEN & LAUNDRY
This luxurious Hong Kong residence by House of Beast in collaboration with Joseph Giles is both sophisticated and awe-inspiring. The high-end interior features beautifully classic panel details, vast expanses of marble and timeless statement hardware in a selection of both mid-antique brass and dark bronze waxed finishes.

HONG KONG RESIDENCE
Undertaking the challenging process of renovating a 100-hundred-year-old house, Patrick Meneguzzi Interior Design focussed on maintaining the classical period architecture whilst implementing fresh contemporary details. The living room features refined black nickel handcrafted grilles by Oxford Grilles, the perfect choice in upholding this overall balance.

ELSTERNWICK RESIDENCE - LIVING
Inspired by the clients’ love for entertaining, this family residence by Millard Design Studio cleverly utilises space and natural light. With open plan living, dining and kitchen, the home opens out to an enticing outdoor area. This Brighton Home by GIA Bathrooms & Kitchens was full of smaller spaces, requiring careful planning and attention to detail. The main bathroom is the perfect balance of functional and luxurious design, with a pewter Hawthorn Hill heated towel rail, freestanding bath by Victoria & Albert and Perrin & Rowe pewter bathroom fixtures all able to sit comfortably within an impressive marble and polished plaster setting.

Whilst respectfully modernising this well-loved Brighton home, GIA Bathrooms & Kitchens set about incorporating subtle but luxurious details such as a classic butler’s sink, free-standing oven, traditional Perrin & Rowe pewter tapware and timeless Joseph Giles dark bronze hardware. With gorgeous Cote De Azure stone offset by a polished plaster feature wall, this kitchen is both practical and striking.

A late 19th century homestead on a sprawling property in central Victoria, Elmore Residence has been transformed by Flack Studio into a sophisticated rural dwelling. With a blackened steel and leathered granite kitchen acting as the central entertainment space, luminous brass details including Perrin & Rowe tapware ensure the home is as elegant as it is striking.

A strengthening and heritage refurbishment by Architecture Workshops of the 1930’s ‘Nestle’ building as a Head Office for Wellington cosmetic company Antipodes. Ford Lofts are an architectural triumph by Cheshire Architects, boasting eight lofts each with a different layout. Repurposing the original Model T Ford factory, the apartments encompass outdoor spaces, worn industrial finishes and iconic gridded steel windows. Contrasting beautifully with the painted brickwork and rubbed timber is pewter tapware by Perrin & Rowe.

This contemporary ensuite by Hugh-Jones Mackintosh considers the important relationship between bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom’s key fittings, sculptural in nature, are also on show in the bedroom and shared decorative elements link the two rooms. Polished nickel tapware by Perrin & Rowe offers a homely warmth and is carried through to the laundry where striking charcoal panelling offsets the bright nickel.

The bathrooms found within this Art Deco home designed by Horton & Co, reflect the rich heritage of the 1920s residence. The powder room boldly encapsulates the modernist interior style with glossy black subway tiles and charming basket weave flooring balanced by soft blue print wallpaper. The bathroom continues to revel in classical opulence with porcelain basins, sparkling nickel tapware and accessories by Perrin & Rowe – emphasised by the stylish Amiata bath by Victoria & Albert.

Designed within an early 1900s pied-a-terre home, this kitchen was crafted in respect to its traditional architecture. Attention to detail is evident in the material selection; French oak herringbone floor, honed marble benchtops, hand-cut glazed brick bond splashback tiles, and sparkling nickel Perrin & Rowe tapware in both kitchen and pantry. The hand painted shaker-style doors are intrinsic to the traditional design and dovetail internal timber drawers with aged brass handles complete the space with confidence.
