Does Hawthorn Hill offer a bespoke design service?

Yes. We are pleased to be able to offer a bespoke service throughout Australia and New Zealand. Bespoke sizing is available for all towel warmers and basin stands. As each item is manufactured to order, we can adjust the height, width, depth and number of rails/legs to suit your project. All basin stands can be made to suit a particular basin or vanity top size. For more information, please discuss with a member of our helpful sales team.

What finishes are offered and can I match them to Perrin & Rowe tapware?

The Hawthorn Hill ranges are available in Chrome, polished Nickel, Pewter, Gold, Oil rubbed bronze and uncoated bare brass, providing a close match with each finish in the Perrin & Rowe range. Please see the finishes page for more information.

Do Hawthorn Hill towel warmers comply with Australian electrical standards?

Yes. Hawthorn Hill electric towel warmers are fitted with an IP55 rated thermostatic element. This is a very high electrical safety rating which allows installation in any bathroom electrical safety zone other than Zone 0 (zero). (AS/NZS3000:2007). What basins and bench tops are available to pair with Hawthorn Hill basin stands?

For the finest bathroom set up using Hawthorn Hill basin stands, we recommend pairing with the Perrin & Rowe basins. We have standard models of basin stands with dimensions specific to each Perrin & Rowe basin in our range. For bench tops, we recommend liaising with your designer for an overall measurement which we can work from. This will enable us to order the perfect size basin stand to support your chosen bench top.
