Warranty
All Perrin & Rowe and Hawthorn Hill products supplied by The English Tapware Company carry a full five year warranty against manufacturing defects.
We recognise that while our products are extremely well made and thoroughly tested, on a rare occasion an item may reach a customer with an undetected manufacturing fault. Please contact us and we will give immediate attention to any concerns.
• Perrin & Rowe and Hawthorn Hill products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for five years. This warranty includes their superior quality electroplated finishes.
• The German-made ceramic disc valves found in Perrin & Rowe tapware are also warranted for five years, provided that the tap is installed by a Licensed Plumber in accordance with the installation instructions, incorporating in-line filters and with a maximum inlet water pressure of 500 Kpa. While these valves are top quality and have a life expectance of fifteen years, they are easily replaced if necessary over the long life of the tap.
